Subject Matter Experts
Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) are desperately needed to act as cognizant authorities over one or more of the top-level subject topics (see Table of Contents) to be included in the EM Handbook. The Oversight Committee is currently wrestling with a list of tentative SMEs, primarily from academia, but don't let that stop you from offering up yourself for consideration. SME responsibilities include:

A. Maintaining cognizance over their respective topic of the EM Handbook.

B. Soliciting, reviewing, originating, and/or recommending material for EM Handbook inclusion.

C. Identifying persons qualified to review submissions related to their respective EM Handbook topic.

D. Conducting periodic Web searches for new material relating to the subject matter over which they maintain cognizance.

Send your questions, comments, and suggestions on how WE can make the EM Handbook YOUR MOST UTILIZED WEB SIGHT ON THE INTERNET!
